For the most part, our in-stock stationery is packaged and sold as-is - meaning we can't make any changes to it. However, if you are interested in larger quantities of a particular card, or customizing a specific card, we're happy to send along a quote if it's possible. Drop us a line to chat through your ideas and we're happy to explore options!
All in-stock items are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, and all custom stationery/printing orders are shipped via UPS Overnight Air Saver (with tracking and insurance). We also welcome pick-ups at our studio in Rolesville, North Carolina - but please give us a call first to make sure we're available to meet you.
PAYMENTWe accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
We can't be more sorry for any orders lost by USPS or UPS, but we can try to make you happy! Please eMail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we'll look into what happened together.
